EasyPGX® ready BCR-ABL p210 kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for quantification — by One Step Real-Time RT-PCR — of BCR-ABL fusion variants b2a2 (e13a2) and b3a2 (e14a2), encoding a 210 kDa chimeric protein, in total RNA isolated from peripheral blood or bone marrow. The kit is composed of strips of eight 0.2-ml tubes preloaded with everything needed to perform the test, all dry, stable and stored at +2 to +8°C. In addition, it contains the standards EasyPGX BCR-ABL p210 STD 1-5 — for absolute quantification of BCR-ABL p210 transcripts (b2a2, b3a2) and the ABL1 gene — and EasyPGX BCR-ABL p210 Reference to align the result with the International Scale (IS), all in dry form.

The kit is composed of strips of eight 0.2-ml tubes preloaded with everything needed to perform the test, all dry, stable and stored at +2 to +8°C. In addition, it contains EasyPGX BCR-ABL p190 STD 1-5 standards, for absolute quantification of the BCR-ABL p190 transcript (e1a2) and ABL gene, calibrated indirectly with the reference plasmid IRMMERM-AD623 BCR-ABL1.
